  1. EC: Now, those conditions as we find here have not been carried on, so far as the suggestions as have been given. We would carry on with these, and we will find the greater improvements for the body.

  2. In the matter of the diets, follow those closely as has been outlined. Those, as we will find, should be alternated - or not attempt to give ALL of them at any ONE period, but CHANGE sufficient that there may be the selection, or the changes for the body - but following close in the line as has been outlined; for, as is seen, when those of the phosphorus nature, and of those that carry these properties as are necessary - the creation with the chlorine foods carry the gold in its combination - follow those closely, but follow same and ALTERNATE same sufficient that there may be selective measures for the body, see? and keep the mind active in DOING something - for others.

  3. (Q) How often osteopathic treatments? (A) Deep manipulation twice a week. Gentle manipulation every day wouldn’t hurt, if it is THOROUGH. The deep, or the ALL over - from head to foot, and especially the lower part of the feet and the upper part of the head is good.

  4. (Q) What laxative should be given? (A) Not necessary for a great many of any kind, if it was followed closely with the diet. Wouldn’t HURT for the body to have the eliminations, or evacuation of the colon - with the Vat.(?) test or manner. With this, though, we would have only once or twice during a month, should be sufficient.

Then, the activities of the system should be such - but when these are taken, take preferably those of the Petrolagar, to which Glyco-Thymoline is added.

  1. (Q) What foods contain gold, silicon and phosphorus? (A) Look ‘em up and see! Ain’t that funny! These are contained more in those of the vegetable, of the fish, and of those varieties that are given as same. Cabbage, carrots, lettuce, celery - all such. Fish, oysters, eggplants at times - parts of those depend upon where they are grown - much of these depend upon where the vegetation is grown, as to the character of forces that are carried in same. Yolks of eggs - not the white, or the whole may be taken at times - but when taken should be raw - it may be, of course, burnt with spirits frumenti when taken in that manner. Raw cabbage at times carry these properties - especially the red cabbage. Those of the fruits or the nuts - these should be the character of the diet, and these should be followed rather closely for this body, [1000].

  2. (Q) Should the body drink coffee? (A) In moderation - but do not use that that carries chicory with it.

  3. We are through for the present.
