As we find the general physical conditions are very good. There are still those inclinations for the poisons from the system, or in the caecum and the colon, to produce in the system an excess of acidity - as indicated in the superficial circulation.

If there is a guarding against excess acid-producing foods, if there is the keeping of the eliminations by preferably the use of colon irrigations or high irrigations followed with an alkalin antiseptic, we find that these poisons may be gradually ridded from the system. Glyco-Thymoline preferably as the antiseptic.

Keep the water as used for the colonics only at the temperature of the body. Use in each gallon a heaping teaspoonful of salt and a level teaspoonful of soda. This is opposite, yes, but salines are needed for this for the reaction.

The occasional manipulations to stimulate drainages through the liver and gall duct would also be helpful.

(Q) Should any medicinal properties be taken? (A) None as we find save those as indicated internally through the irrigations.

(Q) Is there any local application that can be used on the hands for the breaking out? (A) Only would tend to irritate the greater. Remove the cause, which comes from internal. These as we find would be the better.

(Q) Any other advice for this body at this time? (A) Because the body is a little better when these are used, do not stop. If these would be continued for a period of three to four weeks to eliminate the INCLINATIONS, these would be much more effective in eliminating same from the system. This tendency for these conditions to arise owing to the weaknesses in these directions from conditions in the beginning of these activities of the organs, this tends to make for a weakness. And if these are kept, though they may be made a little farther apart gradually (the irrigations, the manipulations, the stimulation to the gall duct and to the caecum and ileum plexus), these would be much more effective.
