This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 4th day of August, 1941, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [1013], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, those suggestions indicated as to the use of a massage for the removal of those tendencies for accumulations in portions of the body were discontinued when there apparently was spreading. This was what was desired.

4. Now, operative measures would be the better - but will require the treating with either a character of ultra-violet with the green light, or with radium - unless this becomes a malignant condition.

5. As to these, though - we would follow the dictates of the own conscience - rather than suggestions from here.

7. (Q) Would Dr. Stanley Graves at Medical Science Bldg., Norfolk, be a good doctor to remove this knot? (A) Be a good doctor.

8. (Q) Should it be removed locally with novacain or should I go to the hospital? (A) This again would be rather the choice of the physician removing same - but it will require after treatment either with the ultra-violet or infra-red, or the combination of these with the radium treatment.

9. (Q) Is this knot local or does it have roots? (A) As indicated, it may become malignant - and that means plenty of roots!

10. (Q) Are there other knots forming in my body? (A) Such conditions are an unbalancing of the chemical forces of the body, and by broken tissue and the lack of sufficient quantities of vitamins to produce proper coagulation leaves such floating conditions in the body.

We do not find material things forming in the present, but existent in the detail or minutia of the lymph circulation.

11. (Q) Is the occasional pain in my left breast any cause for alarm? (A) This is an astringent condition in the tissue about same. This may be removed by the local application and by the strengthening of the body-building forces to resist same.

12. (Q) What local application would you suggest for the breast? (A) As indicated, the use of the ultra-violet or the use of radium. This should be determined by the physician. If the ultra-violet is used, do not use it without the green light.

13. (Q) What is cause of pain in my right side? (A) This is from the strain which existed there in some times back, and the general weakened condition through the body.

14. (Q) What will relieve same? (A) The general conditions must be improved, see?

15. (Q) What should I do to strengthen my eyes? Should I wear glasses? (A) Should wear glasses.

16. (Q) What can I do to gain weight, or flesh on arms and neck? (A) Weight will not be gained until there are better conditions produced in the general rebuilding of the body. For, the natural conditions and formations existent in the system are tearing down the resistance.

Do those things as indicated, for - as there are the operative forces - there are the needs for a generous supply to the body in the regular diet of Vitamins B-1, A and D, as well as sufficient to produce better coagulation - either by injection or in tablet or capsule form - especially through those periods of preparation and through the periods when the operative measures are performed.

But there should be the general building up of the body, as well as the specific and local applications. All such vitamins are found in the reinforced foods; as in the flour, the cereals, all forms of vegetables cooked and raw that are of the yellow variety.

DO NOT take any form of drinks that carry carbonated waters. The gases of these, as well as all such, are detrimental and only add fire to the unbalanced chemical forces that are segregating themselves in the body.

Do these if we would make for the bettered conditions.

1. What is my physical condition at this time?
2. Was the operation on the back of my neck successfully performed by Dr. Stanley Graves?
3. Is the Ultra Violet Ray treatment, through the Green Glass given by Dr. Irvin being given correctly, if not, please advise. How many such treatments should I take?
4. Is there any existing cause for the return of any knots in my body, if so what must I do to prevent this condition?
5. Is there any danger of a knot returning in my left breast? Would it be well to use the Violet Ray thru Green glass on it?
6. Do I have correct glasses for my eyes, if not please suggest a doctor who will fit them correctly?
7. Is my vision wrong or do I just need reading glasses?
8. Would you advise me to have extracted defective teeth that I have?
9. I am taking Vitamin A and D in the form of Halibut Liver Oil with Viosterol, also vitamin B tablets. Are these supplying the correct amount of vitamins that I need?
10. I am contemplating going to Panama in November, are there any health precautions that I should take?
