This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 12th day of July, 1929, in accordance with request made by her son, [900].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [106]. This we have had before. Now, while we find the general physical conditions of the body show much improvement, still there are those conditions wherein the coordination through the physical and mental show at times the result of those conditions as have and are taking place as respecting those changes in the physical functioning body as related to the highest of the nerve vibratory forces set in system. These, in their resultant conditions then, bring those depressions, or those ultraistic reactions to the brain forces of the body, and this produces the conditions as we find. We would keep much of that as has been outlined for the body, as respecting diet, activity, and associations, but we would add those vibrations of the Radio-Active Appliance that carries for the system that of the Gold, and apply same to the ankle and to the 2nd or 3rd cervical and to the umbilicus; that is, once it is attached to the ankle and umbilicus, see? the next to the 1st, 2nd or 3rd cervical and the umbilicus. We will find this will aid in bringing repose and reaction with the administrations of those vibrations as are given through the adjustments. Do that. Ready for questions. Best that this be given in evening, beginning with the vibration from thirty to forty minutes, then gradually increasing to one hour. We are through with this reading.

Then I saw the White House in Washington and Mrs. Coolidge was standing on the White House steps. She said, ‘No, they are alright - let them go on -’ and through that means we were able to reopen.”

R4. GD’s note: Mrs. [106]‘s dream is interesting in light of the eventual closing of the Cayce Hospital, in January, 1931. Was it precognitive?

It is also interesting that in 1953-54 when discussions first started re possibility of the A.R.E. buying back the old Cayce Hospital property, the wife of the A.R.E. President was instrumental in building enthusiasm for the project. The A.R.E. purchased the property and moved into the building on 67th Street in March, 1956.
