Conditions, as we find, are not so good as when last we even had it (the body) here.

There are inroads of destructive forces; that have been allayed or assuaged by some of the applications, yet we find that which may bring relief in any great extent only becomes the more detrimental to the physical forces of the body.

That to bring the most relief to the body, that would be of a constructive nature, would be the keeping of the Calcidin - warm - sipped rather often, to keep rather in line with the iodine relaxations; also the pressures osteopathically given, as we have indicated.

To be sure, gentle massages over the abdominal area - beginning from the lower portion of the esophagus and following the whole alimentary canal, as indicated - would be allaying and helpful; also would relive somewhat this stress.

These, as we find, would be the more constructive measures.

To be sure, injections in the form of the Adrenalin or the stimuli either the Strychnine of the volatile forces that may be given hypodermically would allay. But these would shorten the oneness of the physical and the life forces.

We would, then, give those things as indicated; the gentle massages with the oil (olive oil) along this area; those pressures in the 3rd and 4th dorsal; 2nd, 3rd and 4th cervical pressures - gentle pressures with a rotary motion to relax.
