This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 19th day of December, 1935, in accordance with request made by Mrs. [1315], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 3:20 to 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes.

2. Now, as we find, there are some extenuating circumstances that surround the attitudes, as well as those conditions - physical that are about the body.

3. There have been those suggestions from sources that there needs be some explorations for causes. These will be found rather to be effects.

4. But with the proper preparations made in the building up of the body, for those necessary precautions that arise from the correct reaction to the kidneys, the correct reaction to the plasm or the urea in the blood supply - so that the coagulations are proper - we would proceed with that which has been indicated.

5. Those subjugations that will be produced by the very necessity for the preparations of same will be somewhat disturbing to the body, unless the precautions are taken.

6. But, considering everything, as we find, these measures would be necessary. For as conditions in the activities of the whole circulation indicate, there are such extenuating activities in these disturbances in the body as to cause those forces that separate themselves to become of the nature that they will require their separations from the system’s activity itself. [GD’s note: Cancer warning?]

7. We would proceed, then, with that which has been indicated - if the proper precautions are taken.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Can the condition be relieved without operative measures? (A) As indicated, these measures would be preferable; making for those characters of separations that would be necessary without operative measures. This would be much preferable to any cauterizing by deep therapy of electrical forces, or to any of those radial activities from other elements. But make those precautions as a portion of the whole measures.

10. (Q) What specific precautions should be taken? (A) Read just what has been given! For the strain upon the kidneys, for the strain upon the blood supply through the nerve system owing to the lack of the ability of coagulation.

11. (Q) Any further advice? (A) This may come later. These we would follow in the present.

12. We are through with this reading.
