This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 21st day of March, 1928, in accordance with request made by his wife, Mrs. [1010].

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement and relief of the body. You will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before, you see. Now, we find there are changes in the physical forces of the body since we had this here. The conditions as caused the distress at times were not entirely removed from the system, and there has arisen some accentuations, or some centralizations of those existent conditions, and these bring direct distress to the functioning of organs in the system. Those affected most at the present are the glands - especially those of the enderin [adrenal?], and the effect is that of weakness across the lower portion of the body, and the kidneys and bladder at times give trouble. The digestion is affected, as is that condition of irritation to the extremities - especially in the cuticle. These conditions will be met by adding that proper to the system to bring about the better reaction to the system and keeping eliminations nearer the proper condition for the body. These we would, then, add for the system: We would use those vibrations as found in the Radium Double X pad, worn across the body at the 4th lumbar center.

3. We would use as medicinal properties those of the non-acid Petrolagar, taking at least two (2) tablespoonsful each day, one of morning, one just before retiring.

4. Be careful of the diet, that there is not too much meats or flesh of any kind taken, nor too much sweets or starches.

5. These will bring, then, better conditions for the body.

6. Use at least once to twice each week a gentle massage, or better still take a good Swedish massage and bath - this will set up stimulation that will not be severe to heart’s action, but cause better elimination throughout the body.
