EC: Yes. Now, the body is on the improve. Why change? Keep doing. Be consistent with both that of the metaphysical or the mental reactions, as well as the physical. We may begin the use of the arm occasionally, especially from the center in the solar plexus ganglia as operates WITH the plexus to that of the arm region, as CONJUNCTION with same - through the sympathetic, see? Now we have, from the brachial to the solar plexus, especially on the right side - which is from which this radiates to the left, to be sure - as this crosses over in the body - that of a reaction in sympathetic to the cerebro-spinal, through that ganglia that come from each - their connection, see? THERE stimulate the IMPULSE so that the blood supply, as is carried there, may both take from and carry TO, the nourishment necessary for the correction in the arm. We will find the hand straightening some, or relaxing. Do that.

(Q) Shall the body make efforts to walk on the flat of the foot with the heels striking the floor first, even though physical tiredness results? (A) Well to do so, but DO NOT burden the mind at over strain at such activities. Five minutes a day - and give the body something to do! Give it something in the hand. If it doesn’t use it for a month, don’t worry - you will be doing well! Give it something to think about besides itself! Let it think about somebody else! We are through with this reading.
