GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions; also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
-
EC: Yes. Now, we find there are many conditions involved in the physical abnormalities of this individual. Many of these are of long standing conditions that have become accentuated by improper incentives throughout the nerve system - misdirected conditions, incoordination, localization of elements producing that of inflammation. Hence the low vitality, inability of restoring the equilibrium to the rebuilding propensities of the body.
-
To meet the needs, though, at the present time, would be first to gradually, through manipulation, osteopathically given, correct those lesions as occur in the upper cervical and in the lumbar region, and during the same time give these properties to produce to the body that of rest, rather than that of those properties given in those of a sedative nature. These would act as sedatives, yet are of different vibratory forces in body that will relieve without deadening the inactivity of nerve centers.
-
In each capsule (and give at least three of these - then repeat, if necessary), this as the dose:
Eucalyptol…1 minim, Balsam of Fir…1 minim, Creosote…1/2 minim, Rectified Oil of Turp…1 minim, Heroin…1/80 grain.
-
After such osteopathic manipulations are given, apply those of the Alpine or Rino Rays to the cerebrospinal portions of the body. This will of necessity be little at first, but gradually increase as the strength returns to body.
-
The capsules would be given only every second day. Might be necessary to give one every day for the first TWO, see? but afterward every second or third day, gradually reducing the numbers or the quantity as this may be done.
-
After these have been carried out for ten days to two weeks, we would give further information for the corrections of these conditions, should the body regain sufficient of the vitality to combat with the elements as existent.
-
We are through for the present.
