EC: Here, too, we find a very satisfactory development.

While there is not as yet sufficient WEIGHT being put on, there is being builded a better resistance in the bodily forces by keeping close to the suggestions which have been indicated.

Here as we find, TWO Codiron tablets may be sufficient - unless there is seen, in leaving it off, that there is the tendency towards lack of sufficient eliminations.

The Ultra-Violet may be diminished if there is sufficient exercise in the sunshine as the daylight gradually lengthens.

The body should be mindful that there are not wet feet, or such natures. While plenty of air should be given to the body, keep the body WARM and away from WET or damp feet or the like.

And with these, and in keeping with those suggestions, we should find gradually a greater development.

Keep up all of those exercises and activities, then, as we have indicated.

(Q) May jelly and jam be eaten with dry toast for breakfast with either cereal or eggs at the same meal? (A) These may be very well taken. Milk may be taken with same, either the increase in the cows’ milk or keeping the regular quantity of the soy bean milk and increasing a little in the cows’ milk, with the jellies.

(Q) Is it advisable to continue taking two drops of Atomidine? (A) As indicated, if the rest of these are taken, there may be one of the Codiron tablets left off; and gradually - as the days lengthen - lengthen the rest periods from the Atomidine, see? Change this to eight to ten days rest. Keep only through the periods of the early spring, or for the next six to eight weeks.

(Q) Should 3 Catalyn tablets per day be continued? (A) These are very well.

(Q) What other suggestions concerning diet? (A) Plenty of the celery, lettuce - as much as the body may be induced to take; these either as juices or in the bulk.

(Q) Is the body wearing warm enough clothes? (A) It should be more mindful that there are not wet feet. The clothes apparently are very efficient.

(Q) Does the body get sufficient sleep? (A) This is very well.

(Q) He prefers short pants. Do you advise knickers to covers knees? (A) These are very well. The knickers would be better next fall, rather than this spring.
