EC: Yes, as we find with this body, conditions are very serious. There is that infection which attacks the locomotories of the body in their actions, and a contraction to the cerebro-spinal nervous system proper, affecting naturally all activities in the system as related TO the cerebro-spinal action, either as to brain forces or as to locomotion. While the central nervous system is not so much under distress, there are inflammations in some at the present.
-
With the applications as are being made, these SHOULD be effective; save there ARE those conditions that there should NOT be as much of the activities ABOUT the BODY as there has recently been, for the responses of the body mentally under strain is not WELL for that inflammation as occurring in the central system. We would not change from what is being applied. Ready for questions.
