This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 26th day of May, 1944, in accordance with request made the by the husband - Mr. [2704], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis and Jeanette Fitch, Stenos.]

Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. …, Ky.

  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

  2. EC: Yes, quite serious conditions here.

  3. The giving of transfusions will only be temporary relief, for the conditions in liver and in the area.

  4. Operative measures, while it will become necessary for more than one transfusion to prepare the body for sufficient ability of the blood to coagulate, would be the better. Do these, for they offer the hope; but there is little hope of complete recovery.

  5. (Q) Is condition malignant? (A) It will be found to be such that it is not truly malignant but one portion of the liver is entirely too soft to remain, and this taken out doesn’t offer hope.

  6. (Q) Where would be the best place to take her for the operation? (A) Marion, Ohio or Rochester, Minnesota.

  7. (Q) Any other suggestions for building up the body for operation? (A) Only the regular combinations which are given, plenty of glucose, liver extract, blood plasma itself, will be needed if the body is to remain for any period.

  8. We are through with this reading.
