This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 29th day of January, 1941, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [1329], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. HLC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are changes in the physical forces of the body in the present from those we have had here before.

4. However, if there had been the full administration of those things suggested, we might not have this deficiency again in the supply to the nerve energies, and to the general weakening and upset conditions that arise in the present.

5. There were special reasons for indicating the needs for the Gold to be administered in an atomic way and manner, for there are still such deficiencies indicated in the general conditions of the body.

6. It is true that the stimulating of centers in the cerebrospinal system proved beneficial, and the coordinating of activities through the body as to aid in stimulating the glandular influence.

7. Yet, with that element lacking as was indicated that should be supplied in the system, the condition has again refused to function in a normal manner.

8. Then with the cold and congestions, and the tying up of activities through the digestive and assimilating and distributing forces, we now have some complications in these directions.

9. In the present, then:

10. We would administer the vitamins and vital forces and energies necessary for the stimulating of activity. Take internally the Vitamins A, B-1, G and D, as prepared in regular order and in sufficient quantity by the drug proprietors. Take at least one tablet each day.

11. Also we would have the administrations osteopathically, STIMULATING the activities throughout the whole of the system.

12. We would add also the vibratory forces from the Wet Cell Appliance AS indicated. These are much preferable to taking injections of the Gold, or taking same internally. For, we will have a better reaction and better vibratory forces as relating to the creating of resistances in the body. The Gold Solution should be two grains Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water, you see; but use at least four ounces in the appliance, renewing or changing the solution every fifteen days. Recharge the chemical solution for the Appliance every twenty-eight days; and we find that - now - this solution for charging the Appliance should be used double strength, - that is, twice the quantity of the acids and the other ingredients as ordinarily indicated, to produce the galvanic battery appliance, see? Make the attachments as indicated before, and for the same period each day.

13. To aid in the better reaction, and better vibratory forces, we would also have the low electrical forces from the Short Wave Machine, that would stimulate the general heating of the system. This would also be beneficial at this time, - especially applied to the assimilating centers, or from the secondary cardiac to the lacteal duct plexus. In the beginning we would take it about twice a week, until three or four are taken, - then once a week. This would necessarily be administered, of course, by an electrotherapist, OR by the one administering the mechanical (osteopathic) adjustments or stimulations, see?

14. In the diet, we would keep those vitamins indicated; keeping away from those things that are in direct opposition to the vitamins being taken, - that is, not too much sweets, not too much meats. Keep a well balanced diet, and not too much of the acid-producing foods. Have plenty of fruits and vegetables, juices of all characters, but little of meats.
