-
EC: Yes.
-
As we find there are not so much discordant conditions as the need, under existing conditions, to take precautions; that the body may be strengthened sufficiently in its reactionary forces to maintain that ability of becoming the channel through which the natural results of conditions may be carried to their fruition.
-
As we find these are being very well accomplished in the periods of rest, but - as we find, with this rest, there should be sufficient activity given to the body, of the more specific nature, in the form of the exercises as may be had from mechanical applications; that is, osteopathic adjustments for the body, as to make for the strengthening, the causing of eliminations through alimentary canal, and for the keeping of the circulation in such movements and activity as not to allow portions of the body to become exercised as one against another.
-
Hence we would give, under the existing conditions, secure the aid, the services of an Osteopathic Obstetrician that would make for the proper precautions, the proper activities; giving the proper directions for the care through the early stages of gestation and the forming of those conditions for the body.
-
Thus we would find the better reactions for this body, [1335].
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) What causes present state of health? (A) The natural conditions from the lack of the ability to carry on. Hence the necessity for rest and for the proper adjustments of the organs and the reactions to the organs of the system through those channels as indicated.
These as we find would be much preferable. For this, to be sure, is a natural consequence of natural forces in the body. To add to the physical forces by drugs or even rest alone, without the proper precautions, is to make for a one-sided activity and we do not find strength sufficient in the organs of the pelvis or in the formative forces for proper gestation without all of these are made to coordinate the better; else the great amount of disturbances of nausea and dizziness as arising will become such as to produce malformations.
Do as we have given.
- We are through for the present.
