GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [136] of New Jersey, and the dreams this body had on the dates which I will give you, and you will give the interpretation and lessons to be gained from each of these, as I read same to you.
-
EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, here. These are as we see the presentations of conditions weighed between subconscious and the conscious forces in a cosmic or subjection of the consciousness, yet through the vision of that physical force of the subconscious are brought to the consciousness in dream-vision, see? and may be used as lessons for a more perfect understanding of those forces as may be manifest in the physical world. Ready for dream.

(Q) Sunday morning, August 23, 1925, at home in Deal. “Dreamed I had an earache and was waiting for my mother in front of Katz & Bestoff’s, a drug store in my old home, New Orleans. My mother came and my ear hurt so, I wanted her to take me to a doctor. ‘You don’t need one,’ she said. ‘You can overcome that yourself.’ I did and it so surprised me that I went driving with my friend C. C. and told her all about it. ‘What you need,’ she said, ‘is Christian Science. You ought to try it, for that is Christian Science. Become a Christian Scientist.’ ‘No,’ I replied, ‘I have my own Science - Jewish Science. I cured myself, just naturally.’” (A) In this we see the presentation of the truths as are manifest in the physical world that are loathe to be gathered in a physical experience; for as is seen, the forces which are manifest to bring the relief to physical force are not of a one faith, but a oneness in faith in the God-force manifest in the individual, see? Study then those truths, for they remain a oneness, whether Jewish, Gentile, Greek, or heathen.

(Q) Tuesday morning, August 25, 1925, at home in Deal. “My husband had a fourleaf clover in a soap dish. Something happened and I said to him: ‘You see, I told you that would not bring you good luck. It has brought you bad luck.’” (A) This again is those attemptings of the subconscious forces to gain those lessons through those conditions that are, as considered in a physical life, of an omen or good luck, see? Then the greater lesson as would be gained: Truth and the lesson of truth comes from cause and effect, the omen being that under such and such relations or conditions they point to certain laws being carried out. Nothing happens by chance, nothing is as good luck, as commonly called, for the cause must be present to produce that which is real, see?
-
(Q) “Dreamed again exactly what my Aunt Helen told me in New York.” (A) This again is a correlation and an expansion of those same conditions and lessons being studied in the mental forces of the body. They bring, then, to the mental forces that more perfect understanding of the psychic forces as may be manifest, and of the effect these produce in the physical, mental, moral and spiritual life of each and every individual. Then in all, take those that may be applied in self’s understanding of that as being obtained, as experienced in same. Use that thou hast in hand.

We are through.
Reports
Reports & Follow-up
R1. 8/30/25 Husband [900] submitted the following dreams of [136] on which a reading was not taken:
“Wed. afternoon 8/27th at home in …, N.J. I was back in New Orleans sick in bed in my old home. My family gathered about me and remarked about the severity of my sickness and that I would have to remain in bed a long time. Then they said; ‘Poor girl, it’s a shame and she suffers so. She is so changed; not a vestige of her old good looks left.’”
“Thurs. a. m. 8/28 at home in …, N.J. Had many distressing and horrible dreams. Does this mean I am to be severely sick? What is indicated is wrong or is to be wrong with me? How may I remedy present conditions and prevent any further complications?”
R2. 9/30/25 See 136-13, a physical reading.
R3. GD’s note: Dreams submitted which did not get interpreted: 9/4/25 - “Went into synagogue home in New Orleans. It was crowded so I went into Sunday School on the boys’ side. Dr. Leipziger, the Rabbi, told me to ‘Get out!’”
“Vision of House of Horrors in which I entered and where there were two horrible black men, beastlike in appearance, and great in strength. They put me through all sorts of tortures and I fell into pits, holes and traps they set for me. I would run from one part of the house to another to escape, but always, one of the men would block my way, saying to me: ‘Aha, you see, I told you so!”
R4. 9/5/25 and 9/7/25 She dreamed of her husband [900] getting drunk, not dancing with her, going out with another girl.
R5. 9/11/25 Dreamed of writing to all who had psychic powers. “Am constantly in many dreams seeing myself as I WAS, either in looks, disposition or environment. What does this mean?”
R6. 9/18/25 “Was in a room with my mother (bedroom) at home in New Orleans. It was night and I heard a voice in the next room. I awakened my mother and said: ‘Burglars are in the next room! Hear the noise?’ ‘Don’t be foolish,’ she replied, ‘Your father is in there.’ The two men emerged and one struck my father over the head. Panicky, I awakened. Has this dream any bearing on conditions at home with my parents with respect to any recent conditions in my life? What should now be my procedure to prevent, head off, any exaggeration or growing worse of the conditions and how may I do away with it entirely? Who are these burglars?”
Perhaps a correlation with [900]‘s dream readings will clarify some of these dreams of [136]. Her mother was seriously ill and died early the next year; her father soon afterward committed suicide. [136] herself had a miscarriage early in 1926.
R7. 9/30/25 See 136-13, a physical reading indicating the beginning of her pregnancy.
