This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia, this 23rd day of May, 1930, in accordance with request made by self, through his brother - Mr. [900].

[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]

Time of Reading 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find there are those conditions as of nerve, and exhaustion through the physical forces of the body, with a tendency for the temperature. These conditions are the result of overtaxation physically and mentally, with not sufficient of the outside or open air in the physical reaction.

  2. In and under the present conditions, we would first take that as will be an ELIMINANT for the system. We would take small doses of Castoria, until there is a full flushing of the system, see? These we would take, half a teaspoonful every hour, see? and when this has acted in a flushing of the system, we would then begin with this:

Gum Camphor…20 grains, Muriated Iron…15 grains, Sulphate Morphia…1/2 grain.

Mix thoroughly, and put into 20 capsules or pellets. Necessary that these be kept in a cool place. Take 1 EACH day; PREFERABLY these should be taken of evening - not night, but of evening - say at 6:00 o’clock of evening.

  1. Let the diet be those that will give more of the nerve building, and keep the mind clear, and keep in open as much as possible.

  2. Do that. Ready for questions.

  3. We are through with this reading.
