This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 8th day of January, 1926, in accordance with request made by his brother, Mr. [900].

1. GC: You will have before you the information given in reading on December 14, 1925, [137-43] regarding position that would be offered to [137]. You will also see that reference has been made to this in other information given to [137] and you will correlate these and tell us just what this position is, and if the offer will be made, what the offer is, how he is to recognize same and any other information that will make this first information given clear, definite and understandable to the body, [137].

2. EC: Yes, we have the information as given in regards these conditions, also those references as are made in the various interpretations as have been given regarding those visions of this entity and others. These, as we see, should be understandable to the mind of this entity, then, in this manner:

As is seen in the first vision, as to how the call, or taking up book from one post to another, the exchange connection made direct to office, the phone finally given in hand of the entity to an individual, the phone mouthpiece turning into that of bills of animals, as given, this represents that of the position that would be of importance, even beyond the imagination at present of the entity, December 14th, see? Then, as seen, entity should be loath to accept same. Entity should (given later) weigh well and make own terms concerning same. As given later, reference here is seen how that conversation with [900] is of that making wherein reference has been made as regarding position to be offered, see?

4. Now then, the connection of all of those, or a correlating of all of these, is as this:

The entity is to weigh well in self’s mind and make self’s own position, that the counting towards the raising to the exalted position, as would be through the entity’s heeding such information and making same a portion of self’s individuality and personality, that entity may then understand as how same applies to self. This, then, the beginning, as was given on 3rd, which leads to that offer (as is made on 3rd), through the acceptance of such tenets to the entity’s own developing self, which brings about the position as is shown in posts and in position on the floor of New York Exchange, see?
