This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 5th day of November, 1926, in accordance with request made by his brother, [900].

1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [137], of … Avenue, Apt. …, New York City, and the dream this body had on the date which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from this dream, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions I ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [137]. This we have had before. The dreams, the visions, as come to the entity may be used, and should be used, by the entity in that way and manner as has been outlined for the entity.

3. Ready for dream.

4. (Q) October 25 - 26, 1926. “I was taking a small ferry boat across some water and when the landing was reached I was in some room of the boat examining something I should not have. I came out too late to get off, as it had already started back on its return trip. I was very frightened, but could not get off. Officers seemed to leave the boat and no longer propelled by its own power, it seemed pulled by a team or group of horses. The boat was very small and we were making some kind of a chute in the water and turning violently. Was awakened in fear.” (A) In this presentation of the conditions as seen we find there enters many of those conditions through which and in which the entity has found self, as it were, surrounded in the last few weeks. Some past, some existent.

As is seen in the passage over the water, representing those unstabled conditions with conditions in which the entity labors - working, as it were, at a small but fast change, with the entity delving, dabbling, or looking on and acting in a manner not wholly in keeping with that in which the entity has felt, does feel, is the correct way and manner for the entity to act. Hence, as the entity sees, there is the action in which the entity is, as it were, at a loss to know how to act to extricate self from the embarrassing position - yet, as is seen with this, though fear comes, yet safety is found in the horses’ ability to control the conditions, or the message, as is seen by the view or the seeing of horses in same, and will the entity only put fear away from self, and act in that way and manner in keeping with that as entity knows to be the unquestionable way to handle such situations, such conditions, and not allow any condition to vary or steer entity in mind, in thought, in action, from the right way, all will be well - for, as has been given the entity, the lessons as seen in visions by entity are as experiences, that the entity may gain the better knowledge of the application of that wisdom, or bringing knowledge to wisdom through the application of those things as are gained by the entity in the mental, the spiritual, the physical world.

Then use same. Be ever in that way as has been given, for all will ride to safety in following that as the entity knows to be the right way - for, as has been given, the entity will be guided, if fear will but be put away.
