Reports & Follow-up
R1. 9/5/29 She requested a Physical Reading for her father, Mr. [166], and a Physical Reading for a friend, Mrs. [5410], saying: “Am still unable to locate the trouble in the teeth
- have an appointment again today to see if we can find something out.”
R2. 9/6/29 EC’s letter to [1381]:
Dear Mrs. [1381]:
I don’t know just what to say about that tooth situation. Two or three times we have had questions of this kind to come up, where specific conditions and specific teeth were given as causing or being the source of the trouble - and where the dentist has insisted this was not true. Yet each time developments in those individual teeth have shown that they needed the attention as suggested in the reading. This happened with Mr. [257]‘s sister [See 460-2 Reports], as well as with himself, and with a friend of ours in the south. Of course, yours may be the exception, but that has been our experience. I understand, though, that you will be here next week. In all probability we will be able to check up on this again and see what we can find. Certainly am in hopes that you are feeling quite yourself. We have been very busy since the folks have been away, and have quite a number of patients in the hospital that were not when you left. Some of them will possibly be leaving the first of the week.
The folks came home Wednesday. Dr. House hasn’t been very well. Most too hard a trip for his strength and vitality.
Hope things will be straightened out soon. Let us hear from you. All send kindest personal regards.
Sincerely,
EC:GD

B2. 8/29/29 “As I told you last night on the phone, had my teeth x-rayed - went to 2 dentists and have not yet been able to find the 2 teeth to be removed, or any to be drained. I keep insisting there is trouble in the gums and that 2 teeth have to come out and the dentists have practically told me I am crazy. I firmly believe I have 2 teeth that should be removed, but my trouble seems to be finding someone to locate and remove them… Want to get the teeth taken care of so I can get back to Va. Beach while there is still comfortable ocean bathing.”
