GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes, we have the body, [1393]. There are changes - and the operative forces as we find have in the greater part been most helpful, if the advantages are taken of that which has been brought about, - by the increasing of the ability for activity of the socket of the pelvis, and not allowed to become static.
-
The general massage as we find, as has been indicated to be given at times, would be materially aided if there were added the Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh - equal portions. Heat the Oil to add the Myrrh, at the time it is to be used. This would be rubbed over the area of the hips, about the joints, and especially over the small of the back, through the sacral and ileum areas; and be most materially beneficial.
-
Do that.
-
(Q) What is the general condition of the baby now? (A) As indicated.
-
(Q) How is baby’s walk and future ability to do better? (A) This will depend upon whether or not these are allowed to become static. Until there is a great deal of change, it will still be very graspingly, - not easy for it to walk.
-
(Q) Is the diet correct? (A) Very well.
-
(Q) Are the exercises right? (A) These are fair, but as just indicated - add the oils to the applications.
We would not interfere with those things being done. This may be added with impunity and bring help, if it will be done CONSISTENTLY - not occasionally and then left off.
- We are through with this reading.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 9/8/39 Mr. [257]‘s letter:
[…] was in to-day and tells me his baby is now six years old and he is very much worried as to her development. She is the little girl that was operated upon and the doctor said within two years she would show a marked improvement. The Reading said that she should have an operation.
She will start to school on Monday and she will only be home on Saturday and Sunday so, if you will wire Mr. […] at his office, … Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. and inform him what day the Reading will be given, he will keep her at home. He wants the Reading sent to his office so as not to worry his wife in case there is anything in it of an alarming nature.
1:- What benefit has this body received from the operation which was performed on her.
2:- From present indications will she be able to walk normally or if not, what percentage will she be able to attain.
3:- Is there any additional treatment that she can be given which will aid her in strengthening her joints or her body in every way.
4:- What type of treatment and by whom should it be given to her
5:- What diet - what exercise
6:- Will the routine of the school work any hardship on her
7:- Is she normal in every other way.
