GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, and the cause of these conditions, answering these questions: Should the body remain in the hospital or go home? Give immediate nourishment and treatment. Why nausea, vomiting and gas? You will give suggestions for the relief and cure for this body.
-
EC: Yes, we have the body and those reports as have been made here as respecting the physical conditions that surround this body at this time.
-
Now, we find that much may be said as respecting the physical conditions and the outcome of these with this body. While there are some conditions that are disturbing at the present time, these - as are seen - are the natural consequences and outcome of conditions through which the physical forces of the body have passed, and the rest from these is that as is most necessary. While nourishment is necessary in the proper place, and there should not be so much of the nausea or the vomiting that causes so much strain - especially to the pneumogastric and hypogastric plexus - for these are that as cause the disturbing forces for the body, and these are those that have caused that condition as is produced in the body - that as is in the retraction of the nerve plexus and centers from the end of the third nerve that connects direct with the face and nasal portions of body, and to the esophagus at its base. The irritation as produces this, then, is that which causes the nausea. The condition as is necessary immediately, then, is REST. Well that in the next day or two the body be removed from the hospital. That is not NECESSARY, though it will need close care and attention, see? When it is removed from same, these would be properties to be used as nourishment and as that necessary to bring proper retraction and proper action for the body. While the body is under the care of those as have been applying forces for the body, keep that in that way and manner as has been outlined, but with removal use as these:
-
Equal parts limewater and cinnamon water, or limewater one ounce - cinnamon water one ounce - Iodide of Potassium, lO% solution, fifteen minims - and the dose would be for the body, once to twice a day, half a teaspoonful in glass or half glass of water, see? This will settle the stomach.
-
For the condition as is produced by the nausea in the reaction on the hypogastric, when these properties are given, massage the cerebro-spinal centers, especially along the region of the 2nd to the 9th dorsal - gentle massage - not an osteopathic treatment, nor a chiropractic adjustment, but gentle massage, see?
-
Take as nourishment junket and those broths that carry little of the flesh of wild game. See?
-
Rest. Plenty of water at all times for the body. Rest is most needed. Do that for the present. When these have been followed, then we would give further suggestions, when and as necessary for the needs of this body, Mrs. [15].
-
We are through for the present.
