[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mrs. [1505] and Mr. [341].]

Time of Reading 4:20 to 4:25 P. M. Eastern War Time. …, Va.

  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [1505].

  3. As we find, developments are very good - while the body is gradually finding that it becomes easily tired, that there is a good deal of anxiety at times across the small of the back, and that there is the bearing down or heaviness when overactive.

  4. Do not take too VIOLENT exercise, but keep in the open and rest often.

  5. A little massage when the body is tired, or of evenings, will be found to rest the body; not hard but gentle massage, using cocoa butter or peanut oil, across those areas from the diaphragm downward - just a gentle massage - will rest the body much.

  6. The rest - we find developments very good. Be mindful as to the diets that would overexercise the kidneys. For, these are the periods when the pressures begin to indicate the activities there. In the present we find them very well, but this tiredness will cause greater anxiety unless measures are taken and precautions kept as to diets.

  7. Ready for questions.

  8. (Q) What particularly in the diet should she avoid, to prevent this condition in the kidneys? (A) Any of those that tend to carry influences that are overactive on the kidneys; though it is very well that such as watermelon be taken occasionally, - but not such as turnips or some of the vegetables that grow under the ground. Keep on top of the ground more now with all of the vegetables eaten.

  9. (Q) Should she continue the Calcios, and is she taking the correct amount? (A) We would keep this up, and eat a raw carrot once in a while if you want good eyes for yourself and your baby!

  10. We are through for the present.
