GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:

As we find with this body in the present, there only needs be added a well-balanced vitamin addition or supplement.

Owing to the manner in which the body is under a strain, mentally and physically, there is the tendency to under eat, or to be neglectful in certain activities.
