This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 13th day of September, 1929, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [153].

[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mr. and Mrs. [153], Mr. [2504], and Mr. Cayce, Sr.]

Time of Reading 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: We have the body, Mrs. [153]. This we have had before. Now, we find there are changes in the physical forces of this body from that as we have had here before. The most of these are for the betterment of the physical forces, as the general physical conditions show much better coordination throughout the system. Those conditions wherein the inactivity of the auditory forces are not properly functioning, will be materially aided through the massaging [osteopathically] of the Eustachian Tubes. This should NOT be done oftener than once in two weeks, but everyday there should be - from two to three minutes - vibration with the rotary vibrator, or stimulator, with the thumb on the third nerve in face, and chin, and middle finger back of ear. This, with those vibrations as received through the battery formation, will assist in reviving, resuscitating, the nerves of the face, head neck, eyes, and the general sympathetic coordination with the sensory system. Ready for questions.

  2. (Q) Why does the noise continue in head, and how long before relief can be obtained? (A) Through these vibrations, we should find in sixty to ninety days the allaying and near normal reaction.

  3. (Q) What causes the dizziness, and why the headaches continued? (A) The inability of coordination between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal as related to those of the sensory system.

  4. (Q) Why the bad taste? (A) Portion of the sensory system as is vibrating with those properties, or those conditions as are created in system through improper coordination.

  5. (Q) Why hearing does not improve, and how long before it shall? (A) As has been given.

  6. (Q) Why the backaches at all times, and when will relief come? (A) Making the proper coordination through the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve systems. These are accentuated at times by the attempts of the sympathetic to coordinate with the cerebrospinal centers. Especially as is seen in the lumbar, sacral, solar plexus, and brachial plexus.

  7. (Q) Shall present battery and medicine be continued? (A) Continued.

  8. (Q) How long? (A) Until the conditions are removed!

  9. (Q) Any further suggestions? (A) Do these as have been given, and we will find the changes coming about for the betterment of the physical forces throughout the system.

  10. (Q) Should there be any change in the present battery? (A) Not at this time.

  11. That is all the questions.

  12. We are through with this reading.
