  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

  2. EC: Yes.

  3. As we find, conditions are much improved from that as we have had here before.

  4. In the present, there only needs to be those precautions as to assimilation and elimination.

  5. And when there is the least upsetting from cold or congestion, there should be greater activities in alkalizing the system, increasing the eliminations, thus keeping the equilibrium or metabolism of the system in normal balance. This would be through those manners and suggestions which have been made, with correcting pressures in the cerebro-spinal system, and through physiotherapy and hydrotherapy keeping a normal balance.

  6. With these, watching the diet and keeping in attune with constructive thinking, we will find we will maintain a better normal physical, mental and spiritual balance through the physical, mental and spiritual forces of this body.

  7. Ready for questions.

  8. (Q) Any specific corrections in the cerebrospinal system? (A) Only when there are the needs for such, owing to some condition arising in the system.

  9. We are through with this Reading.
