This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of May, 1926, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [157].

1. EC: Yes, we have had this body here before. Now, we find the general physical conditions of the body, through that of the tonic as has been taken in the system for the general conditions, as regarding the digestion and the effect as is produced on the system from this, have been somewhat on the improve; yet there are some irritations in the body that cause distress, and this excites or overtaxes the system again through those troubles that are attempting to be eliminated and brought to normal conditions in the body. This, as we find, is from inflammation producing irritation to the nerve system, and some little worries that have come to the entity have aggravated the conditions also; yet we only need to keep these properties as have been given in the body, also to control the self better as respecting the irritation or WORRIES that are caused at times, for with these worries we will produce troubles and irritations through the nervous system, exciting the condition to an over activity and, with the added poisons as are created in system by same, bring distresses, even though the general condition is on the improve.

2. As for the condition in foot and feet, this irritation is some better, yet we will find that this may be helped and assisted to be brought to the normal condition by manipulation, as would be given osteopathically, and the application to same from the hips down of the Violet Ray.

3. Do this, keeping up these properties as have been given, and we will find we will bring the better conditions for this body, [157].

He told us he had a rdg. and we were anxious to know whether he had tried what had been suggested. We felt that his rdg. had not been properly understood. He is Mr. [4171]‘s uncle.”

I would also ask that you give me some advice as to the pain I have been enduring with my foot, which is a separate condition entirely from what treatment you have advised me to do.”
