Now as we find, the conditions have gradually grown very serious; that is, the incoordination between the impulses and the activity through the locomotory centers, in the nervous system and its inability to be revivified from that which has been assimilated in the system.

Or, there is a wasting away of the nerve plexus from the centers of locomotion, in the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system; so that there is the lack of stamina in same.

This as we find may be materially aided if there is the CONSISTENT application of those things as we find that may add TO the system in such a manner as to break down that which has been gradually builded, and gradually resuscitate broken cells.

Hence we find that changes in such applications would be required about every ninety days; as to their character.

We would begin first with these:

Prepare the Wet Cell Appliance that would carry Camphor AND Gold, alternately.

The attachments would be made in this manner:

Each day for twenty minutes the Wet Cell Appliance would be used carrying the Gold Solution (in the proportion of two grains Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water). The smaller anode would be attached first, over the 4th lumbar center; while the larger plate, carrying the Gold Solution, would be attached last, over the lacteal duct and the umbilicus plexus. Preferably use of evening.

Every other day for thirty minutes, but at an opposite period of the day (preferably of morning), the Wet Cell Appliance would be used carrying Camphor (Spirits of Camphor, regular strength). The small plate would be attached first, at the brachial center - or the 3rd and 2nd dorsal center - or between the shoulders; while the larger plate, carrying the Camphor Solution, would be attached last - to the lacteal duct and the umbilicus plexus, the same as with the Gold Solution.

The Gold Solution would be used EVERY day, you see, while the Camphor Solution would be used every OTHER day - but at an opposite period of day from the Gold Solution, as indicated.

Of course, change the Gold AND the Camphor solutions every fifteen days.

Following EACH application of the Appliance we would massage the whole of the cerebrospinal system with a combination of oils, prepared in this manner. These will not mix, but should be shaken well together as they are prepared for use.

To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil, add - in the order named:
Cedar Oil…1 ounce, Witchhazel…1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras…1/2 ounce, Olive Oil (Pure)…2 ounces, Compound Tincture of Benzoin…1 ounce.
Shake together and pour a small quantity in an open saucer so that the fingers may be dipped in same. This is to be massaged from the base of the brain to the central portion of the nervous system, or the 9th dorsal; then from the end of the spine to the 9th dorsal; a rotary motion either side of the cerebrospinal system or spinal column - especially along the areas of the sympathetic or synthetic or vegetative nerve system.

In the matter of the diet, keep that which is easily assimilated and that especially carries sufficient of calcium for assimilation.

Hence about once each day, we would take Calcios; this on bread or cracker, but not too much of this - once each day.

Most of the foods should be those easily digested or assimilated; such as liquids and semi-liquids.

Do these, until at least three re-charges of the Appliance.
