This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 28th day of February, 1939, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [1685], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.
[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]
Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Virginia.
-
GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes.
-
Now, as we find, there has been a great improvement in the general physical forces of this body since last we had same here.
-
While there are still the inclinations for the return of some of those disturbances, owing to the circulatory forces of the body, we would continue with the use of the Appliance - with the Atomidine and Camphor - that there may be the full reestablishment of perfect coordination between the assimilating and eliminating systems.
-
We would continue with the use of the rubs over those portions of abdominal area as has been indicated.
-
Also we would continue with the general adjustments occasionally (though these, as we find, may be made farther apart), for the coordination between the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nervous system.
-
As we will find, it will be the more necessary - or there will be better reactions IF there is the refraining from too much of greases or fried foods. While not a total abstinence from same is indicated, this should be rather the unusual than the usual or regular thing.
-
And these kept, as we find, we should make for the better influences.
-
After the next charge of the use of the Appliance, and it is used for some little time, - that is, through the whole period of its charge, - we would then cleanse the jars and the poles and leave off for at least six or eight weeks. THEN use it again for another period of a whole charge, see? This will enable the body, as we find, to react to the normal influences that are produced by the reaction of this low electrical force through the system.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) Is the gas under heart occasionally caused from wrong eating? (A) This is the effect of the inability of the activities through the glandular system or digestive force through the lacteals to handle greases. This, as will be found, comes from those periods when there is an excess of the fats or fried foods taken.
-
(Q) How is the blood condition? Are red blood cells still being destroyed? (A) This, as we find, with the use of the properties indicated, is ON the improve.
-
(Q) How is the goitre condition? (A) This is better also.
-
(Q) Any other advice for this body? (A) We would keep these influences and forces in the body, as has just been indicated.
And, as we find, unless there are other conditions arising that are not indicated in the present, better influences and forces of every nature should be coming for the body.
- We are through with this reading.
