GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

EC: Yes.

As we find, conditions are in a fair way of improvement; though there have been periods when there has been a laxness in carrying out - systematically - the suggestions as were indicated.

There has been a partial purifying or cleansing of the glandular system, and a stimulating of activity for better eliminations. These activities should be carried more thoroughly along the lines as we have indicated; that is, so that there are better eliminations of used energies or drosses that are as accumulations in the system, and that cause the disturbance to the superficial circulation.

Also the manipulations or adjustments should be kept - but may be made farther apart - until there is a better drainage set up throughout the body.

(Q) Are the vibrator and violet ray treatments being given properly? (A) These are very good; but there needs to be more or closer consistency in regard to the suggestions as first indicated, as to the diet and the general activity.

(Q) Would it be better to continue these at Mrs. [845]‘s or take the treatments at home? (A) They may be taken at home, if they are given in the same way and manner.

(Q) Is the mud pack I’m using the proper sort? (A) As we find, the Bonicelli (?) [Boncilla Clasmic]* would be more preferable than this, that is more of the nature of chalk in same.

(Q) Is milk harmful? (A) Milk for the body is not so good. Dry Milk or Malted Milk is preferable to the raw milk, or cow’s milk.

(Q) Any other specific suggestions regarding present diet? (A) As indicated, more of the liquids; not living on liquids, but more of the vegetable and fruit juices should be a part of the diet.

(Q) What caused infection on legs last summer? (A) We haven’t last summer!

(Q) Do emotional disturbances affect the skin on my face? (A) To be sure, emotional disturbances affect the CIRCULATION; causing the flushes which leave drosses, and naturally affect the superficial circulation.
Hence, as indicated, the greater need is for better eliminations throughout the system.
