  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same.

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.

  3. Now, we find the general conditions in this body have become greatly improved in many respects throughout, and there is, save that weakness as is experienced through the mesenteric system, by the adhesions still showing the effect rather than being in their activity at the present, but the uneasiness is still felt at times when the body is on the feet for a great length of time. Also there is experienced some dizziness and dizzy spells, as is seen from this same condition. Pains to the head, especially following close to the menstrual periods. This, as we see, comes from this same condition as has been seen as is produced by the operation as was performed in the system.

  4. To keep the system on the improve, the general exercise, the general condition as has been applied to the system, and now those vibrations as may be added again to the system along the cerebro-spinal, and especially across the lower portion of the body. That is, the lumbar, and across the hips. This will keep the vibration in order, as it were, and assist the body in gaining the normal equilibrium.

  5. Keep that then, with the exercise - mornings for the upper portion, evenings for the lower, see?

  6. We are through for the present.
