1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

3. GC: [Repeated Mr. [1774]‘s name, which had a similar sound, the last name, but was NOT Robert Strong.]

4. EC: Strong needs it much worse than [1774]!

5. As we find with this body, while the conditions are grave - if there is more attention paid to eliminating the poisons, through colonic irrigations, much improvement may be expected - and many more weeks, - yes, months - of activity may be had.

Dear Mrs. [2470]:

Our files contain a copy of a Reading given for your father, Mr. [1774] in 1938. The only suggestion made was for colonic irrigations. Were these given, and with what results.

Would you check up on the name given in the opening sentence of the Reading - Robert Strong? This would be a very interesting example of clairvoyance if we could get a check on it. I’d appreciate very much any effort you might make to get a check on it for me.

R2. 9/6/40 [2470]‘s letter to HLC:

Hugh Lynn:

I am sorry I have just found this letter at home. It seems to have been mis-laid and not brought to my attention.

Yes: At the time I was very interested in the co-incidence of this Reading, and checked as best I could from the distance. My father had been, seriously injured in a traffic accident in New York, and was being treated in a hospital there, and showed no improvement there, the family physician had suggested he believed he could treat him, if he were brought home, as he did not practice in that particular, hospital, and my family having such great faith in him, had my father brought home. They were living in an apartment house on Long Island, and they checked with all the families living in that apartment and there was no one anywhere near they could locate by the name of Strong. Our physician there, said he was suffering from blood-clots, as he was 73, and if he could succeed in dissolving them each one before they reached the heart, he could be saved, which he did, when this message came to me. I felt that if Mr. Cayce told me this could be done, I could have hopes, and if he said not I could begin to prepare myself for the end, which for my mind would need some preparation, for I have always been so close to my father, that I would need to train my mind to release him if time for him to go on, and as I remember the Reading gave the assurance that there was every reason to believe that this diagnosis was correct, etc. I believe, in this case, that the Reading served to give me something to tie to, to establish more firmly with my faith, and I prayed unceasingly for his restoration, and today, he is living in Washington D.C. very hale and hearty. I visited he and my mother in their lovely new home there this summer, and enjoyed every precious moment of the time. At that time, my single brother was building this home there, anticipating that my parents would come and live with him, which they are now, doing.
