Born October 27, 1884, in Avesta, Sweden. Time of Reading 3:45 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. …, Calif.

1. GC: You will have before you the life existence in the earth plane of [1825], born October 27, 1884, in Avesta, Sweden, and the earthly existence of this entity in Egypt as Zerlva, a Princess of the King’s household that established closer relationship to those who had chosen to serve the living God. You will give a fuller explanation of the entity’s experience there, and of her associations with Joseph and the knowledge of the truth and accomplishments gained there; giving a biographical life of the entity in that plane of existence, and the development of retarding points. Then you will answer the questions the entity submits, as I ask them, concerning the statement made in her Life Reading that gold would be found on her land in Lomarica [Loma Rica], near Marysville, California; and concerning her past associations:

2. EC: In those periods when there had been the raising of Joseph from the keeper in the prison to a place of authority close to the king, then the entity - Zerlva - was a princess of the second wife of the King of Egypt in that period. His name is given here in the Exodus itself.

3. The entity in those periods was acquainted with the family of Joseph’s wife; and thus became a worshiper of the one God.

4. After the famine and the restoration of the princess and the princes of Egypt, and the high priests of the various groups or cults, the entity then interested self in the activities of those peoples that sought gold and silver, and the gems that became a part of the regalia of the princess and prince of the Egyptian people, and that became a part of those things sought that were loaned to the children of Israel when they went out of Egypt.

5. This early period, though, was some several hundred years before this gold was turned to the Israelites by the Egyptians. But it was a portion of this same gold that was loaned to the children of Israel when they were led out.

6. The princess cared for those records that were kept for the peoples during that period, and became one loved not only by by her own people but by the sages or older members of the household of the children of Israel. For, it was the Israelites that the entity used for or entrusted with the activity of the mining of its holdings in the upper portion, or southernmost portion of Egypt, in the hills and the mountains there.

7. These associations or connections, then, are those that are had in the present with the findings in the far land from Egypt.

8. But as will be seen in applying same - on the holdings [Loma Rica, CA] there is a mound that has been builded not by purpose but by chance, where the entity should in the present obtain the electrical instruments that locate gold, and through that means make the locations; using the same individuals or individual as advisor in the prospecting or digging for same.

9. These as we find will bring treasurers to the entity.

11. (Q) Is it advisable to let Herbert Carroll continue digging on the place or put it in other hands? (A) As just indicated, let him supervise the locating with the instrument.

12. (Q) What other contacts are necessary? (A) These will necessarily those contacts to obtain the machine for locating same, which may be through the geological department in Washington.

13. (Q) What are the first steps I must take in producing it? (A) The formation of the proper machinery.

14. (Q) To whom shall I turn for financial support in the project? (A) This may be obtained through any, when the grade of ore is indicated.

15. (Q) Please state location for a good well on the land - how and where? (A) Where two waves meet. Just below where this mound has been made from diggings.

16. (Q) Is it a good plan to build a house on the grounds? (A) There will necessarily be a house built on the grounds when the locations are made.

17. (Q) What is my next step of progress? (A) As given from the beginning, use that in hand day by day, and then the next step is given - for each entity. Decide in self and let the guiding forces ever be the purposes to be a greater channel, a better channel for services to the one force, God, as manifested in Jesus, the Christ.

18. (Q) How and where have I been associated in the past with: [G…]? (A) We don’t find [G…], not in the Egyptian association which is the influence through which we are passing in the present. [See 4/20/44 letter saying she had married [G…].]

19. (Q) Gladys […]? (A) In Egypt and a very close friend - or the closest maid.

20. (Q) George […]? (A) Also in Egypt, as an overseer; while the present one acting in the capacity was the active one in the field itself.

21. We are through for the present.

R1. 10/19/43 Mrs. [1825]‘s letter to EC:

Dear Mr. Cayce -

I received the report of the reading two days ago - and have read and reread it many times. But there is some points which seem confusing and I am going to ask your help on the matter. There is a pile of stones thrown up by Herbert Carroll who started digging there, some time ago but not discovering anything interesting gave it up.

But I still feeling it must be some place on this land, asked the direct question, as to its location. I am dreadfully disappointed that this question was OMITTED - in this reading. Also the second and sixth questions.

The FIRST and SECOND question you will find on Miss Davis copy of the reading sent to me in July - and which really were the purpose of the reading.

But I am going to ask you to kindly go over the report and help me on the point of the (mound). Am I to find such instrument there that locate[s] gold?

If you will help me with this, I will be most grateful - as I said before it is so important to me under the circumstances - and after waiting so long I am still at sea, about it.

If the gold was at the place of the pile of stones or “mound” which is right beside the hole dug, then would be no need of instruments to locate it.

That is the confusing point to me, and I do hope you will find time to help me clear it as soon as possible. I had hope of learning more about my self from Egypt - too - but the other is the main issue.

R2. 10/26/43 EC’s letter to Mrs. [1825]:

Mrs. [1825] …, Calif.

Dear Mrs. [1825]:

Replying to yours of the 19th, I would judge Mrs. [1825] from the information given that if there is exploration made right close to where this pile of stone has been thrown up that you will locate ore that would be pay dirt. The suggestion as to the use of the instrument I think, Mrs. [1825] is that you may satisfy yourself that it is there, and know exactly which side of the mound to excavate to locate the lode. For you may, as is evidenced by locating this, in this particular spot, or using this as a focal point, it would be very necessary it seems to me, without spending a lot of money in excavating a whole lot of needless places, to have the instrument. I do not think it would be possible to get this type of question of a very definite need of your appearances in Egypt. I think we had better make a special appointment for this, and it will be the afternoon of May 5, 1944, 3:30 - 4:30 EWT. This is, of course, on me, and I am not asking you to pay for this. We will just make it on this period and that should enable us to get a great deal more information on the particular period or particular periods bearing on this subject.

I hope you will get one of these instruments. If you have any trouble in locating one we will try to help you to get this, if you will let us know that you really intend to use it. I know of some others who have used it at one time, but haven’t their address right on hand at this minute.

Dear Mr. Cayce -

Thank you for prompt reply received - and for the offer of another appointment on May 5th, 1944 - which I gratefully accept - and if the two questions omitted in this reading can be included then - one might arrive at a definite position.

I have written to Washington regarding instrument but if you should hear of where one can be gotten, I should be grateful to you for such help, as I do want to go into the matter with sincerity.

Dear Mrs. [1825]:

Thank you for yours of the 16th. I do hope that our next appointment will be such that we may get information for you that will be very helpful.

I have a friend in Washington, who is connected with the Government, Mr. [853]. I don’t know his exact address, but I believe if you will write to him at …, his wife is there just now winding up his father’s estate, she will see that he gets it. Mr. [853] has had some experience with an instrument of the kind that is needed for you, and I believe he can help you. It is something that has been tested by the Government, and I believe he can guide you right.

R5. 4/20/44 Mrs. [1825]‘s letter to EC:

Dear Mr. Cayce-

I have delayed answering your letter as I have from day to day been in hopes of hearing from Mr. [853] who’s address you so kindly gave me, but so far have had no reply and wonder if it reached him.

Any suggestions you can make or solution to offer I will be grateful for.

The time if growing close to my reading “May fifth”. I am so looking forward to this report - and is it in order to ask the questions omitted the last time.

1st) Is gold or other minerals to be found on my land at Loma Rica, Calif.?

2nd) Please state location of same?

This is a new question - what means should I employ for the development of such a project?

I will be most grateful for it all - and I have recently taken a new name [Mrs. [G…] - See 1825-2, Par. 18-A] and am living on my little ranch land, which I have such great hopes for - Hope you are well and again thanking you - I am

R6. 4/27/44 EC’s letter to Mrs. [1825]:

Mrs. [1825] …, California

Dear Mrs. [1825]:

I have yours of the 21st.

Mr. [853] has been changed about so much, I expect your letter has had some trouble catching up with him. I don’t know his right address now. The last time I heard from him he was in New York, and was going to be transferred to Newark within the next few weeks. He is working with the government as you know. Should we hear from him, we will be glad to let you know.

We hope we will be able to keep the appointment for you on May 5th. You will have to write us because I don’t know whether we have the questions or not. We hope that we can be the means of a help. The information will not give you a location any more than it has heretofore, I am sure, but lets hope we can get something that will be worth while. You see in a check-life reading, you can’t ask about things you were doing ten thousand years ago, and then ask in the next breath things you want to do next fall or summer, it just won’t work that way, but I do hope we can help.

Dear Mr. Cayce,

I am anxiously waiting for report of reading on May 5th. I received your letter and wired one question, as you suggested. This being the 22nd I hope the report has not gone astray.

R8. 5/22/44 Note to Mrs. [1825] from Mr. Cayce’s Secretary: We were not able to get the reading for you on May 5th, due to insufficient information. We had attempted in your last reading to get what you wanted, or the answer to the only question you asked in your last letter, and the reading was attempted in the way that we felt would be best to try to obtain what you wanted. However, the information secured apparently was not sufficient for you and we do not know how to go about seeking it. As you know, Mr. Cayce’s full time is taken for months in advance trying to help people with physical and mental ills. He doesn’t feel the urge to give geological readings, and when he does attempt them they do not seem to be satisfactory and also upset him as to his own equilibrium. I am very sorry that we were not able to get further information for you. I trust that you will be able to obtain the help needed through purely material or mechanical sources. Sincerely, GD.

R9. 5/31/44 Mrs. [1825]‘s letter to EC:

Dear Mr. Cayce,

The note from Miss Davis was almost a shock and made me feel I had imposed on you. This reading was your offer and to be a follow thru on the Egyptian experience - and had nothing to do as I understood with the geological - and as I did not feel I should send more questions in that case. I asked if the two old could be repeated.

I should perhaps had been specific and sent these again, but I thought it was all set & just a follow through as you put it - and the Egyptian experience was the important thing in this reading. Thanking you just the same - most kindly - and should Mr. [853] whereabouts come to you I trust you won’t forget me.

I am working on the grounds and as my husband is the son of the people who owns the next door house we are for the time stopping at their house - and I am happy to be so near my home.
