1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. Now as we find, there is apparently little indication externally of great improvements; in fact, at times there are even indications otherwise, because of the disturbance with the condition existing in the scrotum and the position even of the organs of the genital system.

4. The osteopathic manipulations have been VERY well done, and are LESSENING the conditions that prevent the normal position of these.

5. However, if there is the feeling of doubt, or if there is the desire on the part of those who would aid to resort to operative measures, then do so.

6. To be sure, the present applications will require a longer period.

7. Then, too, with the body not cooperating, or with conditions arising as the changes are being accomplished in the age of the body, there may be the possibility of the imbedded testicles becoming more inflamed; which would NECESSITATE IMMEDIATE operation, - or there remaining a great disturbance.

8. But we would not under at least six weeks, if there is given that opportunity, - for with the applications as indicated, and with the poultice to tend to break down the walls about the lower portion of the abdomen, through the pubic centers and all of those activities, we find that these should come to their normal position WITHOUT the operation.

9. But if there is the desire and the insistency, because of other questionings, then operate, - and meet those conditions that arise.

10. We are through for the present.
