1. EC: Now, we find this body very good. Nearly normal throughout the whole system. There are conditions that are abnormal in the body and to this body these have become almost the normal conditions, for they are from the prenatal condition as existed in the system. They have to do with the condition not of the eye but that about the eye, and especially those effects in the right. This condition we find may be assisted and corrected through two manners, either by operation or by the stimulation through a long series of osteopathic forces and vibrations from electrical forces to those portions of the nerves and muscles in the cervical and facial portions of the body controlling same. [High frequency violet ray hand machine? Bulb applicator?]

2. Through operation we would find this could be corrected by tying the nerve and the muscles that produce the contraction. We would not, however, advise this; for, with the present condition existing in system, we would find this would be rather a delicate operation, and we would have the last stage worse than the former.

3. In that of the contraction of muscular forces, and of the vibrations in system to cause contraction of these, this may be done. It will take from ten to fourteen months of twice a week to produce the proper condition. However, this we find would bring the normal conditions there.

4. Do that, we would suggest, to bring the better for this body.
