This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 2nd day of December, 1942, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [2077], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2077].

3. As we find, there are great improvements in the physical forces of the body; yet there are the needs for general precautions, especially as to keeping sufficient character of exercise, and considerations in the diet, to keep a better condition throughout the alimentary canal and also to prevent an increase in weight as to disturb the deeper or heart circulation.

4. Also precautions should be taken as to the formation of mucous by or through the conditions in the soft tissue of face and nasal passages, and the antrums and soft tissue there.

5. We would prepare an inhalant, - not as a spray, but to be used as an antiseptic to aid in producing healing forces to the nasal and throat passages, - which should gradually correct this condition in the body.

6. Put this solution in a large mouth bottle, preferably a six to eight ounce bottle; with a cork through which two vents may go into the space above the solution, and the vents prepared so they may be capped or corked when not in use.

7. The inhalant solution should be prepared in this manner:

8. To 4 ounces of Pure Grain Alcohol, at least 90% proof, add - in the order named:

Oil of Eucalyptus…20 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp…5 minims, Rectified Creosote…3 minims, Compound Tincture of Benzoin…20 minims, Tolu in Solution…30 minims.

9. When this is to be inhaled, shake the solution, then remove the cork from the vents, inhale through each side of the nasal passage, then deep into the throat; shaking each time before a new inhalation.

10. This as we find, with precautions as to not producing starches of too great a quantity, or allowing the system to become acid, should - with the occasional clearing of the system in the manners as we have heretofore indicated - bring and keep the body in bettered conditions.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) What causes burning sensation through the feet area, which has developed lately? (A) Poor circulation, and the need for a correction in the lumbar and sacral area when next the hydrotherapy or massage is taken. This should be done osteopathically.
