GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time, giving the cause of the existing conditions. You will also give the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

EC: Now we find there are abnormal conditions for this body. Many may be corrected and the body assisted in gaining its equilibrium throughout.

These conditions that may be corrected (for there are those that may not) have to do with the eliminations of used forces in body, for we have incoordination through the system, in the nerve supply especially, and this disturbs the mental equilibrium, and the locomotion is affected by ganglions in the body at times. These we find affect directly the pineal nerve and gland. Hence the whole system throughout the cerebrospinal system becomes involved in the conditions.

We find that the functioning of the system in functioning organs becomes involved at times in the condition, especially in that of coordination with other portions of the system disturbed by the improper functioning as we have through the digestive system, and the elimination, especially in that of the hypogastric regions.

Then, to give the better equilibrium, or to assist the system to first reach that condition where the equilibrium may be obtained, we would give small quantities first in the system of Maypop Tea. This prepared as it is, and given half quantity, or five to ten drops twice each day, morning and evening, and give the vibration of deep osteopathic manipulation over the whole system, especially in 1st cervical, 1st and 2nd cervical, in 2nd dorsal, 9th and 10th dorsal, and in the lumbar region. This we will find (these should be given at same time medicinal properties are given, and should be given each day for at least sixteen treatments) will bring about those conditions where the system may receive other instructions, as would be given from here.

In the correspondence and in the reading itself there is really nothing to tell whether the case really is epilepsy or not. The general impression is that the case does not sound much like epilepsy, but the information is not adequate enough to tell for sure.”
