Time of Reading … Millinery Dept., 11:25 to 11:30 A. M. …, Tenn. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [243].

  2. As we find, while conditions are not so good in many respects they are better than when we last had same.

  3. There are those anxieties, those weaknesses and those conditions in the structural portion that have been so strained as to cause a great deal of disturbance through the eliminating and assimilating system.

  4. Hence we would keep occasionally the general manipulations, thoroughly and deeply given; once or twice a week for two to three weeks, then once a week.

  5. When tired apply equal portions of Mutton Suet, Spirits of Turpentine, Spirits of Camphor and Compound Tincture of Benzoin hot massage same across the abdomen and the lower lumbar area. This will let the body rest.

  6. We would take S.S.S. as a tonic. This as we find carries sufficient of the vegetable forces to purify the blood and will act as a tonic for the assisting, with the manipulations, to adjust the eliminations. Take a teaspoonful half an hour before each meal, and half a teaspoonful when ready to retire. This will also bring about a change in the appetite.

  7. When necessary use the Eno Salts as an eliminant, with the enemas when necessary. DO NOT use too high enemas, but sufficient to eliminate from the colon.

  8. Keep in the open when possible.

  9. Do these as we find as the better for the body. Ready for questions.

  10. We are through with this Reading.
