Time of Reading 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time. …, Tenn. (Check Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

  2. Now, we find the general conditions of the body much improved from that as we have had here before.

  3. Through the nerve system we will find overtaxation at times to the body, through that impulse of too quick a reaction of the blood supply - especially toward the head. This produced by the system being properly relaxed, and the body having been brought near normal has not brought as yet the full coordination under the new conditions created in system of the adjustment of the blood supply in the body. Hence nerve reaction irritating to the whole system, bringing fullness to the circulation in head, throat and lungs - hence the shortness of breath, the pains through the head, the dizziness as appears and the nausea re-occuring. This, as we find, is as centers from the 4th lumbar plexus, reacting to the various centers along the spine in the activity to the brain. We need reaction that will produce coordination within this system; that is, do not relax too quickly, nor worry so about conditions in self and conditions outside of self. How may this be accomplished? By at least once each week having the gentle massage, or masseur, over the whole system. FOLLOWING same take at least - one each week - the Turkish or the Swedish bath, that the whole of the nerve system may be acted upon. Not sufficient that weakness comes from same, but when this is taken let the body REST - sleep for at least nine to ten hours following same, see? Do that.

  4. Keep the eliminations throughout the system in proper way; that is, as regarding the alimentary canal. Occasionally keep those properties as given of the Occy-Crystine for the system. These may be taken over amount, but see that the system is kept thoroughly cleansed.

  5. As these conditions respond we will find the nerves reacting properly and the body nearer the normal, the conditions getting farther and farther apart, and a normal action for the body, the nerves becoming better in their reaction and the depressions getting farther away. Think rather on those things that must be accomplished THROUGH self, than those BY self. Get that.

  6. Ready for questions. (After pause)

  7. We are through with this reading.
