This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 29th day of January, 1930, in accordance with request made by those in charge.

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 11:25 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, there is little physical change in the body since last we had same.

2. In the beginning of the applications for the corrective measures for the body, and in the application of those vibrations - we would use that of the wet battery charged with iodine suspended in same. In the application, we would apply the copper plate first to the wrist, and the larger nickel plate or anode at the umbilicus. In the beginning do not apply for longer than thirty minutes at the time.

3. After this has been given, in this manner, for five to seven days, ALTER the application - applying the copper anode to the base of the brain, or at the 1st and 2nd cervical, and the larger anode at the 9th dorsal. THEN the length or duration should be at least sixty minutes. PREFERABLY this should be given about two-thirty to three o’clock, in the beginning, in the afternoon. Then lengthened three to four o’clock.

4. The manipulations should be EACH day, and the GENTLE over the whole system - making the CORRECTIONS after the fifth to seventh day; not making many, or any, until such a period.

5. In the diet - much shell fish, or sea foods; but NO clams in same. The oysters, or the fish, may be taken - or those of that nature, but no hog meat, or any bread, or any of the foods seasoned WITH that of the flesh of the hog; though that of the beef or vegetable oil, or even of the mutton, may be taken - and the hog MAW may be eaten, provided this is prepared properly; as should codliver oil be given, as well as calves’ liver at least twice each week.
