EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2504]. Conditions are not so good with this body at present as we have had before. These come from cold and congestion, and the natural effect as is created in the system from such reactions to those portions of the system that have been aided in bringing about nearer normal reaction.
-
To meet the needs of the conditions at the present time, we would use these, first:
-
Take Saltine cracker - crumble fine a tablespoonful of same - mix with these finely crumbled crumbs half a teaspoonful of Bicarbonate of Soda - NOT baking soda, but Bicarbonate of Soda - clarified - best, or the anhydrous. Take this once each day for at least three days. After the second dose, take three TABLESPOONSFUL of Castor Oil, heated.
-
Then there should be the manipulations.
-
Keep the feet warm, even though there may be the necessity to place hot applications about same.
-
Well that at least each evening before retiring, that the knees and feet be bathed in hot mustard water; also that a mustard plaster, or musterole, be used between the shoulders and across the nose and head.
-
We will find that this should RELIEVE these troubles. Do that.
-
Well, too, were onion juice given to clarify the throat. Boil onions and press the juice from same, sweetening same just a tiny bit. Teaspoonful at the time will clear the throat and the mucus membranes in the bronchia. Do that. We are through with this reading.
