GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2590].
-
As we find, there are improvements in the general conditions of the body and the specific disturbances in the lumbar and sacrals, and the sciatic nerves.
-
We would continue with those applications that have been indicated. These we would add:
-
One period during the week, to act as a counter-irritant as well as a stimulation for the regular muscles and the activity to the limbs, the hip, the sacral and throughout the ilium plexus, - we would apply this combination of oils especially across the lumbar (lower lumbar area), the sacral and the sciatic center.
-
To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil, add - in the order named:
Oil of Pine Needles…1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root…1/2 ounce, Oil of Mustard…1/4 ounce.
These will tend to separate, but shake together thoroughly when ready to be used. After shaking, pour in an open saucer, dipping fingertips in same to massage on the areas indicated.
-
If this produces too great an irritation in the first application, apply Peanut Oil over same; but at the regular period give the same again, and it will aid in the stimulating necessary for greater activity through the tendons and muscles, and the distributing of the nerve centers that have been deadened or allayed, and thus bring life and activity to those affected areas.
-
In the diets, in the attitudes, in the prayers, - keep that constructive, creative influence; contemplating, practising that as will be the application of self as the improvements come.
-
Ready for questions.
-
We are through with this Reading.

R1. 1/7/42 She wrote: “If I do not make the request now, while the pain is upon me, I know I’ll put it off for another eight weeks - so you can see it is not so terribly urgent.
“On alternate months I continue to have [dysmenorrhea] a great deal of trouble, and my original reading said that I should improve in that respect. The pain is not the only disturbing element. [2590-1, Par. 31-A]
“Sometime within the next five weeks, when you are giving check readings, I would very much like to ask something like this: What is the cause of the unusual menstrual disturbances every other month? Are these the natural results of my age? Should I consult a doctor?
“Also, Mr. Godfrey asked me to ask if my Wet Cell Appliance is being assembled correctly, and I would like to know if I am using it correctly.
“I know I should have asked these questions at my last ck. rdg., so if a convenient time does not come up, just skip it. There are too many people with a much greater need. Thank you.”
