GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2595]; this we have had before.
-
As we find, conditions are somewhat different from those we have had here before, though the sources of the disturbances are about the same.
-
That in a manner there were some responses to that suggested for helpfulness would indicate that the suggestions were correct.
-
The troubles arising from poor eliminations were brought on by not careful administering of those things suggested, AND quite a diversion in diet.
-
So, the areas where coordination should be made in eliminating channels brought about tendencies for glands to swell and for the irritation to superficial circulation.
-
Too much sugars were included, and thus causing a backing up between the eliminations as should be normal from any glandular disturbance, especially between kidneys and liver.
-
Thus the thyroid, the glands in the groins, those in the throat and the stomach give distress.
-
We would continue, or we would give consistently those things suggested, - the rubs both for the spine and the abdomen.
-
But we would now have at least a dozen osteopathic adjustments, with special reference to those areas in the lumbar and sacral where some external injury has also contributed to this unbalanced condition; and especially in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area.
-
Have these, the first two in a week, the next week one, the next week two, the next week one, the next week two. Have them in that order, see?
-
Also we would be more mindful as to diet. Have plenty of citrus fruits and also the re-inforced cereals, hot as well as dry cereals, but not the citrus fruit AND cereals at the same meal. Alternate these. Have baked apples, but not raw apples. These may be a part of the morning diet also, with milk or cream. Have prunes, stewed prunes - including the combinations of prunes, raisins, dried peaches, apricots and the like.
-
Also have at least a part of one meal each day consist of green foods; raw vegetables with mayonnaise or salad dressing.
-
Liver and fowl, if flesh is taken, should be a part of the diet. Have all kinds of vegetables, as well as the leafy or meat soups, - these with not too much grease.
-
These as we find should bring better conditions for this body, - [2595].
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) What causes catch in groin? (A) As indicated, an injury - and the settlings of poisons from too much sugars. Have little sugar on any of the cereals, and that used - let it be brown sugar, or beet sugar.
-
We are through for the present.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. Phone request by mother, 1/31/42: “[2595] finishes his series of treatments on Tuesday, and I want to be sure to check on him in time. Dr. Richardson has helped him, and he practically admitted that he had a touch of Infantile Paralysis. So I want to be sure that he continues to get the proper things done for him.” (“Still complains of his legs and hips hurting him.”)
