Now as we find, conditions are such that the body must meet those conditions manifest in same.

The condition, as has been determined, is of that nature that sets up a system in itself; thus is in the present so advanced as to be causing disintegration.

So, little or nothing from the material angle may be administered in the present. It IS malignant. It HAS entered vital tissue. It may NOT be changed from present environ advantageously.
