This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 7th day of July, 1930, in accordance with request made by self and those in charge.

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 4:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. The conditions continue in the physical to be on the improve. The distributions of that assimilated is well, as is the drainages as are being set up, and as are being eliminated through their channels. Not that the conditions should be BRUISED in any manner, but the softening of the tissue - and the drainage of same - may be aided by a GENTLE massage. This may be better done by the body itself.

2. In the activities of the body-physical and body-mental, these will aid the body most in keeping itself in that at-onement, of:

3. Now I am IN THE HANDS OF HIM, THE GIVER OF ALL GOOD AND PERFECT GIFTS. HE WILL LEAD. HE WILL GUIDE.

4. SAY that and MEAN it! Then just ACT that way. Ready for questions.

5. (Q) What is cause of gas? (A) Those food values that are reactory with the system, leave those off.

6. (Q) What is the proper diet? (A) That has been outlined. Those that are of the nerve and blood building, but are NOT of the acid forming in the system. It will be found that under varying reactions of the mental forces of the body, there will be times when some of the food values will disagree - when at others they WILL agree. These will be found necessary, that the ALTERATIONS be made to meet the needs. When it is found that, that as is being used disagrees - change, see?

7. (Q) What is cause of sleeplessness? (A) That inability of the ATTUNEMENT of the system. That is as just given. USE that as the body rests, and it will happen!

8. (Q) Is the proper absorption and elimination taking place to prevent operation? (A) This is as has been given. These are TAKING place, and these are carrying on WELL within the system at present. The body will find that, with the attunement of self through the mental forces, this will be increased - as we find.

9. (Q) What is the condition of the blood? (A) As is given, this is bettering itself. There is the increase of the red, decrease in the white; or that plasm that makes for tissue or cartilaginous forces as create about cysts or tissue. This, as is breaking down, then, will allow more and more the ABSORPTION of same in system, see?

Physical 264-4 advising her pernicious anemia had improved to the extent that she could now safely have surgery for her uterine tumor (preoperative) of five years standing. However, it was pointed out that if she preferred she could gradually, by proper treatment, dissolve the tumor without surgery.
