This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 19th day of August, 1929, in accordance with request made the by self - Mrs. [2713].

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital 3:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Check Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [2713]. This we have had before. Now, we find the general improvement of the body good, and the specific changes as are coming through the physical functioning of the body are good. The body needs only to continue in that as has been outlined for ten days to two weeks, and we will find the near normal forces functioning through this body.

2. The changes as we would find indicated, only that the body exercise in a general manner, or specific manner, for general conditions - using, with the manipulations and with those changes as are met through vibratory forces to the body, of evenings a circular and positive movement of head, neck and shoulders. This as we will see, will aid in the coordination of the body for rest. Of mornings, before arising, use the circular and swinging motion of the body from the hips or waist down, lying prone or flat in the bed before arising. Then step UP, as it were, for five or six steps each morning, and a nice cool rubdown along the spine. These will make bracing conditions, and a full circulation. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) Are present treatments given as should be? (A) Very good.

4. (Q) Will present treatments cure the periodic headaches? (A) Will cure the periodic headaches.

5. (Q) What causes lump in my abdomen, right side, near hip bone? (A) Produced by overtaxation of the system there. Exercises and changes as we are giving are to take care of those conditions.

6. (Q) Is there any further advice regarding diet? (A) Adhere rather close to those as have been given - these are very good. The body is responding in assimilating and in digestion. Be mindful of the eliminations through alimentary canal, for GENERAL elimination through rest of the system is being cared for.

7. (Q) Is the defective hearing only temporary? (A) As indicated in that as has just been given, with that proper coordination that is to be set in motion by the circular motions - these conditions will open these. The hindrance has been through the Eustachian Tubes’ circulation. These will aid the body. The body may test this by listening with mouth open or by mouth closed.

8. (Q) What shall this body do about the farm in Albemarle County, Virginia? Is it best to endeavor to sell or hold for a few years? (A) We would hold for another year.

9. (Q) Is the tenant honest? (A) Dependent upon the criterion for honesty. Very good - above the ordinary.
