At Bergers’ office, Time of Reading 77 Park Ave., 3:50 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. N.Y.C. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. Conditions, as we find, continue slowly - but surely - on the improve. While there are periods when there is some pain in the region where erosions have and do exist, and at other periods we find that tendency for the itching or tingling sensation in hip and limb, and through the body in part, these - as we find - are the result rather of those portions of the system attempting to accumulate or form that as makes for a replenishing or rebuilding in the system. These, rather than producing uneasiness, should be seen by the body-consciousness as an active force towards making and building for corrections in the area. When there may be more of ease taken by the body, and a nearer correct posture or position taken - not fastened, not encased, but as used gently without severe strain - these, we find, will improve faster. Ready for questions.

  2. (Q) What is the progress of the cartilage at the head of the femur? (A) This is just as described, showing there is VERY good progress. A fluoroscope or an x-ray examination would indicate this.

  3. (Q) Are all treatments being given correctly? (A) These are very good, and the body ON the improve.

  4. (Q) What food should body take in order to replace iodine of oysters? (A) That that is of any of the sea foods, or those of the vegetable or plant life that carry forms of iodine. These are well, and will aid - see?

  5. (Q) How often should body take Life Everlasting Tea? (A) As has been outlined, when there is that necessity of adding to the strength or vitality of the body, then it may be taken in the manner as has been outlined.

  6. (Q) Should salt-vinegar rub be continued or oil rub substituted? (A) Until the body may be more in, or more at ease would be well to substitute oil rubs - see? though, were WE to make a change in the rubs, the character of the oil rub that WE would give would be as this:

To 8 ounces of crude oil (that from which NONE of the properties have been extracted, see?) add 1/4 ounce oil of mustard and 1/4 ounce oil of cedar. This rub we would give once each week. Of course, it doesn’t require the whole quantity to be applied at once - but just sufficient to massage across the hip, across the small of the back, over the end of the femur and the socket in which it rests.

  1. (Q) How often should carbon ash be taken? (A) In the present we will find that we would only take same when the ultra-violet is to be given, see? and as this has been given so often, then thirty to sixty minutes before this is given take one-quarter grain.

  2. (Q) Are cartilaginous tissues around bunions being absorbed as fast as possible? (A) As fast as is BEST, yes.

  3. (Q) How often should body eat liver? (A) Two to three times each week.

  4. That is all the questions regarding this body.

  5. We are through with this reading.
