This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 2nd day of September, 1942, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [2768], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 10:25 to 10:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. …, Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - apparently conditions are growing worse, rather than better here.

3. There has not been as consistent an application of those Packs as indicated for the body, or the Epsom Salts Baths. We will HAVE to make these more severe. While apparently these are causing irritation and inflammation, if they are consistently kept - and before many changes are made - these conditions will be improved; but they will have to run their course, see?

4. So, we would continue very persistently with those suggestions as we have indicated, for at least another three weeks.

5. THEN we may give the better forces, or that to be used in that period.

6. Ready for questions.

7. (Q) Will it be injurious to take as much as 2 Aspirin tablets with a Soda-Mint each day? (A) No; provided the eliminations are kept. And if it is necessary, use colonic irrigations - or wash out the lower intestines.

8. (Q) What is the trouble with right side of my head? (A) The muscular forces are being attacked by the disturbances, or the hardening that gradually comes, see? These will necessitate massages while in the Baths, and these given from the head downward, see, - not toward the head.

9. (Q) Will I be able to go back to work; if so, when? (A) This depends upon the response the body will make, see? Do these for three weeks, and then we will give the further instructions. But give a great deal more of the massage when the Packs or Baths are given, see?

10. We are through with this Reading.
