This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 29th day of October, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [288].

[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]

Time of Reading 2:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Va.

  1. GC: You will have before you [288] present in this room, and her associations with work of [294]. You will also have before you her mother, Mrs. [1187] and family, of [391], [641], [2111] …, Alabama, including Mrs. [199] and family. Taking into consideration the conditions and circumstances surrounding each of these three groups, you will tell us if it would be advisable and to the best advantage of each concerned for these two families to make their home in Virginia Beach, Va. You will answer any questions which I might ask you regarding any of this.

  2. EC: There are, as we see in these considerations and conditions, many various phases of many peoples to be considered.

  3. As to the advisability and GENERAL condition, it would be better for all, GENERALLY SPEAKING, for the two families to reside near or at Virginia Beach, for there would be many of the conditions to be of assistance to many, the circumstances, the surroundings, the environment, the co-relation of aid from each and every concerned, see?

  4. The health of [1187] would be better here. The associations, the surroundings, for THAT BODY would be better here, see? Those of some of the others, individually, perhaps, not so good - perhaps - for the environs are different, see? The general condition, all concerned, WELL. Ready for question.

  5. (Q) In which part of Virginia Beach would it be best for them to locate? (A) Near the 26th Street Station.

  6. (Q) You will give any any advice and counsel that will aid [288] in following these suggestions, and help her in her work, in her home, and in every way. (A) These have to begin before we can give advice - have to be here before we can begin that to work with - and work up, see? We are through for the present.

GC: (Starting with suggestion for him to wake up.)

(Interrupting) These, see, may be accomplished through those channels that have been set in motion regarding those that live West of the Mississippi River, [[295] & family?] that have something to do with these, and through aid of these would be brought. Also with that co-relation of help there would come many conditions that would be and bring more satisfaction to those individuals centrally directed in this - [288] - [1187] - [[199] and husband] -, see? Better for one of the boys, bad for one of the girls.

  1. (Q) In what way would it be bad? (A) That’s a long time before you get to it. It’s environment, as given.
