This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 11th day of January, 1934, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [288], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. L. B. Cayce, Helene and Ernest W. Zentgraf.]

Time of Reading 11:45 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. Very good in general.

  2. There should be in the present those properties that we have given to use as an allaying of, and removing of, those tendencies for inflammation in throat and bronchi.

  3. Well that there be each evening a thorough massage of the limbs from the knees down, including the feet, that the circulation be kept in balance. In the massaging it would be well to use coffee as a stimulant for this portion of the system. Very weak, but the tanin that is in USED grounds - comprising the same - is very helpful to STIMULATE circulation in the lower extremities, particularly.

  4. Be mindful of the diet, that there is a CONSISTENT or well-balanced diet. Not too much of that which will produce acid, but follow those suggestions that have been given for the morning and evening exercise also - one portion of the body in the morning, the other in the evening. Three to five minutes of exercise in this manner will be most helpful, when the activities of the body are such as they are.

  5. Ready for questions.

  6. We are through with this reading.

  7. That is all for the present.

  8. We are through.
