GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions that may be asked:

EC: Yes, we have the body here.

Now as we find, while there may be aid given the body, or some relief, these corrections should have been undertaken some time ago.

These are the disturbances that we find with this body.

Through the lack of proper eliminations, and the coordination the eliminations, and the coordination in the eliminating channels, toxic conditions have affected the body-forces as related to locomotion.

Hence we find that some of the ganglia controlling the activities of locomotion may be said to be dissipated. Thus the lack of coordination in their activity.

And the same condition upsets the functioning of the organs, producing those tensions which are produced upon the nerve and muscular forces of the body; the lack of the ability for proper assimilation, and the disturbance in elimination causing the upsettings to the body.

The organs of the sensory system, the activates of locomotion, the heart’s activity, the liver and kidneys, all become involved.

As we find, the better administrations would be through hydrotherapy with massage with oils, that will aid in giving the better stimulation to the body-forces.

Then:

At least once each week, and many times twice a week, we would have the general hydrotherapy treatments; including a Fume Sweat, rather than the Dry Heat, and the hot and cold water used alternately over the body. In the Fume Sweat we would preferably use Atomidine*, about half a teaspoonful to the three to four ounces of boiling water in the cabinet to produce the fumes. Following the Fume Sweat there would be the hot and cold water used alternately over the body; then the massage with oils, using this combination, adding each ingredient in the order named:
Russian White Oil (or Usoline or Nujol)…4 ounces, Cedar Wood Oil…1 ounce, Oil of Pine Needles…1/2 ounce, Peanut Oil…1 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root…1/4 ounce.

These will tend to separate, but when they are to be used shake together, pour in an open container and massage thoroughly into the spine, - from the base of head to the end of the spine, and also over the body; rubbing down afterward with the alcohol to close the pores - and to purify the body-forces.

Keep the eliminations well; using the colonic irrigations at times to purify the colon - during the periods that the rest of the hydrotherapy is given. The frequency of such colonics would depend upon the eliminations, and the effects these produce upon the body. Do eliminate all mucous from the colon.

We would also be mindful in the diet to have those things that are the more easily assimilated; the whole grain cereals, the citrus fruits - though do not take these at the same meal. The cereals should consist of such as oatmeal or the combinations of wheat and barley (as in Maltex, and the like). Citrus fruits should consist of orange juice with lime or lemon, and the grapefruit. Rice cakes or corn cakes may be used at times for the morning meal, or these alternated; with a little crisp bacon occasionally.

Meats should consist principally of fish and fowl. And the leafy vegetables are preferable.
